6 sheets nori
3 cups sushi rice , cooked
1 small avocado
1 small cucumber
36 small shrimp , with the tails cut off
1 cup tobiko ( flying fish eggs )

Instructions

1.Cut the cucumber and avocado into long sticks.
2.Lay a single sheet of nori on a sushi mat with the shiny side facing down.
3.Take about ½ a cup of sushi rice and spread it evenly over the nori.
4.Leave about 1 cm of space at the top of the nori and spread tobiko over the rice.
5.Place two sticks of cucumber, avocado, and three shrimps on the tobiko.
6.Begin rolling the sushi from the bottom of the mat while pressing down firmly using the mat to shape it into a tight cylinder.
7.Cut the roll into 8 pieces using a sharp, damp knife.
8.Repeat the process until all ingredients are used up.
