1 -2 teaspoon loose green tea ( i like jasmine scented )
2 teaspoons honey
5 fresh spearmint
1 cup water

Instructions

1.Place the loose green tea leaves and spearmint into a teapot or infuser basket.
2.Boil water and then wait for approximately 5 minutes for the temperature to cool to 170-180ºF (76-82ºC).
3.Pour the hot water over the tea and spearmint and let steep for 2-3 minutes.
4.Pour the tea through a strainer into a cup.
5.Add honey or sweetener to taste. Serve hot or iced!
