1 1/2 teaspoons salt
2 eggs
1 teaspoon msg ( Accent )
1 teaspoon soya sauce
1 cup flour ( I use 1/2 cup )
2 cups breadcrumbs ( I use 1 cup )

Instructions

4.Heat oil in a deep pan and fry each piece of sparerib until golden brown, approximately 5-6 minutes on each side.
5.Transfer the cooked spareribs onto a paper towel-lined plate to drain off excess oil. Serve hot.
