500 g streaky bacon ( chopped )

2 celery ribs ( chopped )
300 g sweetcorn
600 ml chicken stock
200 ml dry red wine
3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon oregano
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1/4 cup cream
parmesan cheese , for serving

Instructions

1.Heat a large skillet over high heat and add minced steak.
2.Cook and stir until the meat is browned.

4.Add the chopped mushrooms, celery, and sweetcorn. Cook and stir for a few minutes.
5.Add chopped tomatoes, tomato paste, chicken stock, and red wine. Bring to a boil.
6.Add Worcestershire sauce, honey, oregano, cayenne pepper, and nutmeg. Reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
7.Remove from the heat and stir in the cream.
8.Serve the sauce over pasta and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
