1 tablespoon water
1/2 cup nonfat plain yogurt
1/3 teaspoon coriander , ground
1/4 teaspoon cumin , ground
1/2 teaspoon garlic , fresh minced
30 six- to eight- inch bamboo skewers , soaked in water 20 minutes before cooking

Instructions

2.Cut chicken breasts into 1-inch pieces and add to a large bowl with the blended marinade mixture. Stir to coat the chicken evenly and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours.
3.While the chicken is marinating, prepare the spiced yogurt dip. In a small bowl, whisk together 1/2 cup nonfat plain yogurt, 1/3 teaspoon ground coriander, 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin, and 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
