6 medium potatoes , cooked and pureed

2 eggs ( do not beat )
1/3 cup semolina ( Cream of Wheat )
1/2 cup milk
2 cups sifted all-purpose flour
Bohemian Potato Dumplings, also known as knedlíky, are a traditional Czech dish made of mashed potatoes, eggs, and flour. Instructions

7.Reduce the heat and simmer for 20–30 minutes until the dumplings rise to the surface.
8.Remove the dumplings with a slotted spoon and serve hot with gravy or butter.
