1 cup unsweetened black tea , hot
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 cup dried apricot , chopped
2 tablespoons canola oil
2 garlic cloves , finely chopped
1 yellow onion , peeled & finely chopped
2 teaspoons ground turmeric
2 teaspoons ground coriander
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon ground fenugreek
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon ground fennel
1 teaspoon sea salt
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
1 lb lean ground beef
1/4 cup sliced almonds

Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

6.Pour the meat mixture into a large baking dish and top with the sliced almonds.
7.Bake for 25-30 minutes until the almonds are golden brown and the meat is cooked through.
