Ingredients

Beef Marinade :
2 tablespoons minced garlic
2 tablespoons oyster sauce
1 1/2 tablespoons white sugar
1 tablespoon fish sauce
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon hoisin sauce
1 1/2 pounds beef top sirloin , cut into 1-inch cubes
Vinaigrette :
1/2 cup rice vinegar
1 1/2 tablespoons white sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1 red onion , thinly sliced
Dipping Sauce :
1 lime , juiced
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
2 tablespoons cooking oil
2 bunches watercress , torn
2 tomatoes , thinly sliced

Instructions

1.In a large bowl, whisk together all ingredients for the beef marinade.
2.Add the beef cubes to the marinade, making sure each piece is coated evenly. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 20 minutes.
3.In a small bowl, whisk together rice vinegar, white sugar, and salt to form a vinaigrette. Add in thinly sliced red onions and let marinate for 10 minutes.

7.In the same skillet or wok, add a little oil and stir-fry watercress and sliced tomatoes for 1-2 minutes.
8.Serve the beef, watercress, and tomatoes on a platter, drizzled with vinaigrette and dipping sauce.
