Ingredients

3 eggs
1 3/4 cups buttermilk
1 cup flour
2 cups spelt flour

1 1/2 cups blueberries ( wild if possible )

Instructions

1.Beat eggs in a mixing bowl for a few seconds until they're light and foamy.
2.Add buttermilk and mix well to combine.

5.Preheat a non-stick frying pan on medium heat, then pour 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake onto the pan.
