Ingredients

4 cups crushed fresh figs
6 cups blueberries ( frozen or fresh )
1/3 cup bottled lemon juice
4 1/2 cups sugar or 4 1/2 cups Splenda sugar substitute
1 3/4 ounces no sugar needed pectin
1/4 cup Grand Marnier ( optional )

Instructions

1.Prepare a water bath canner and six half pint jars.
2.In a large pot, mix together the figs, blueberries, and lemon juice.
3.Stir in the pectin and Grand Marnier (if using) until well combined.
4.Over high heat, bring the mixture to a rolling boil.
5.Slowly mix in the sugar or Splenda, stirring constantly until dissolved.
6.Return the mixture to a boil, stirring often, and cook for one minute.
7.Remove the pot from heat and skim off any foam.
8.Fill the prepared jars with the hot jam leaving 1/4 inch headspace.
9.Wipe the rims and add the lids and rings.
10.Process the jars in the water bath canner for 10 minutes.
