Ingredients

100 g flour
100 g unsalted butter , chilled and cubed
100 g Stilton cheese , crumbled
1 egg , beaten
75 g walnuts , chopped
Blue Stilton savouries are a simple and delicious appetizer that are perfect for parties or entertaining guests. The crumbly pastry is made with tangy Stilton cheese and the added crunch of walnuts, making these savouries irresistible. Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 180°C (fan). Line 2 baking sheets with baking paper.
2.In a food processor, pulse the flour and butter until it resembles breadcrumbs. Add the Stilton and pulse until it comes together into a dough. Turn out onto a lightly floured surface and knead gently.
3.Roll out to 5mm thick and cut into bite-sized pieces with a cookie cutter.
4.Place the Stilton savouries on the baking sheets and brush with beaten egg. Scatter over the chopped walnuts and press them in gently.
5.Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown. Allow to cool on a wire rack before serving.
