1 egg yolk
2 eggs
1/2 cup milk
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 - 1 1/2 cup seasoned bread crumbs
1 - 1 1/2 cup canola oil

Instructions

1.Boil the potatoes in salted water until tender, then drain and mash them.
