1 teaspoon dried parsley
1/2 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 - 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 bay leaf
3 medium potatoes , cubed
2 medium carrots , sliced
2 stalks celery , sliced

Instructions
