450 g squid
250 g squid ink pasta shells
1 chili , sliced ( I just used a large one )
1 lemon , juice of
3 garlic cloves , minced
3 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 cup bombay sapphire gin

Instructions

4.Add the squid to the pan and cook for 1-2 minutes until just cooked through.

6.Add the cooked pasta to the pan and toss to combine with the squid and zesty sauce. Serve hot and enjoy!
