1110 g white flour ( about 9 cups )
4 large eggs
2 tablespoons salt

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 375°F.

6.After an hour, punch down the dough and divide it into 6 equal portions.
7.Roll each portion into a rope about 18 inches long and braid 3 ropes together. Pinch the ends together firmly and tuck them under the loaf. Repeat with the remaining dough.
8.Sprinkle cornmeal over baking sheet.
9.Place braided loaves on sheet, cover with towel and let rise in warm, draft-free area for another 45 minutes.
10.Brush the bread with beaten egg and sprinkle with black onion seeds.
11.Bake the bread for about 30 to 40 minutes or until it's beautifully browned. Let it cool down for at least 30 minutes before slicing and serving.
