Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 375°F.
2.Grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan with cooking spray.
3.In a large mixing bowl, combine the salmon, beaten eggs, cottage cheese, onion, sweet pepper, celery, crushed soda crackers, seafood cocktail sauce, 1 tablespoon skim milk, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
