Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C), line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

3.In another bowl, mix flour, cornstarch, and baking powder.
4.Add flour mixture to the egg mixture and stir to form a dough.
5.Divide the dough into two equal parts, shape each part into a long, flat log and place on the prepared baking sheet.
6.Bake for 20-25 minutes, then remove from the oven and let cool on the baking sheet for 10 minutes.
7.Cut the logs diagonally into 1/2 inch thick slices, place them back on the baking sheet and bake for another 10-15 minutes, or until they are golden brown and crispy.
