8 ounces low-fat sour cream
8 ounces reduced-fat cheddar cheese , shredded

Instructions

1.Preheat your oven to 350°F (177°C).
2.In a large skillet, cook the ground beef and Italian seasoning until the beef is no longer pink, breaking it up into small pieces as it cooks.
3.Drain the fat from the beef and stir in the chopped tomatoes.
4.Cook the egg noodles according to the package directions and drain.
5.In a large mixing bowl, stir together the cooked noodles, butter substitute, salt, and pepper.
6.Add the cubed cream cheese, cottage cheese, sour cream, and half of the shredded cheddar cheese to the mixing bowl and stir until well combined.
7.Add the beef mixture to the mixing bowl and stir until everything is evenly distributed.
8.Pour the entire mixture into a 9x13 inch baking dish and top with the remaining shredded cheddar cheese.
