Ingredients

1 lb medium raw shrimp
12 ounces artichoke hearts , rough chopped
4 green onions , rough chopped
1 medium sweet red pepper , bite sized strips
8 ounces fresh mushrooms
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
2 cups fresh grated parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon celery salt
1 fresh cracked pepper
2 tablespoons sesame seeds
1 tablespoon paprika ( optional )
cilantro ( Garnish )
1 large pizza dough , ball
1/4 cup butter
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 tablespoon sesame seeds ( not toasted )
1 teaspoon garlic salt
1 tablespoon dried basil
1/2 teaspoon garlic oil ( optional )

Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
2.Thaw and clean the shrimps, devein them, and pat them dry with paper towel. Roughly chop the artichoke hearts, green onions, and sweet red pepper into bite size and slice the mushrooms.
3.In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the artichoke hearts, green onions, sweet red pepper, and mushrooms to the skillet and cook for a few minutes until the vegetables are tender.
4.Add the sweet chili sauce, fresh lemon juice, celery salt, and fresh cracked pepper to the skillet. Stir well and cook until the sauce thickens.
5.Sprinkle the sesame seeds, paprika, and fresh grated parmesan cheese on top of the skillet mixture. Reduce heat to low and cook until the cheese is melted.
6.In a small bowl, mix the butter, sesame oil, sesame seeds (not toasted), garlic salt, and dried basil until well combined.
7.Roll out your pizza dough on a floured surface and transfer to a pizza pan or baking sheet. Brush the garlic oil over the crust and spoon the skillet mixture on top. Arrange the shrimps on top of the skillet mixture.
8.Bake the pizza in the oven for 10-15 minutes until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbling.
9.Garnish with cilantro before serving.
