Ingredients

6 tablespoons brown sugar
4 teaspoons dried thyme
4 teaspoons allspice
4 teaspoons onion powder
2 teaspoons nutmeg
Bigjay's Caribbean Rub is a flavorful spice mixture that adds a Caribbean twist to any meat dish. The combination of brown sugar, thyme, allspice, onion powder, and nutmeg creates a balance of sweet and savory flavors that enhance the natural flavors of the meat. Instructions

1.Combine all ingredients in a small bowl and mix well.
2.Rub the spice mixture generously onto your desired meat (chicken, pork, beef etc.)
3.Cover the meat and allow it to marinate in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
4.Cook meat as desired, either on the grill or in the oven.
