Instructions

3.Add cider vinegar, black pepper, and water. Bring the pot to a boil once again, then reduce the heat to medium-low.
4.Add the chopped collard greens to the pot. Cover the pot and let the ingredients simmer for about 1 hour and 30 minutes.
5.Remove the ham hocks from the pot and cut the meat off the bones. Return the meat to the pot and discard the bones. Add salt and hot pepper sauce to taste.
