HEALTH & BENEFITS

Seafood is rich in protein, vitamins, and minerals that are essential for the body. Shrimps, in particular, are low in calories and high in nutrients like Omega-3 fatty acids, selenium, and Vitamin B12. Lobsters, on the other hand, are a good source of protein, phosphorus, and Vitamin B12. All these nutrients play a critical role in maintaining good health.
However, lobster and shrimp, like most seafood, are high in cholesterol. People with high cholesterol levels should eat it in moderation.
