Ingredients

1 lb ground beef
1 large onion , finely chopped
3 tablespoons butter
1 package frozen dinner rolls ( thawed overnight )
1 head cabbage , shredded
salt and pepper
additional melted butter

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
2.Cook ground beef and onion in a frying pan until beef is browned and onion is softened.
3.Add shredded cabbage to the frying pan and cook till tender.
4.Roll out each dinner roll into a circle and fill with the beef and cabbage mixture.
5.Fold the edges of the roll over the filling and pinch to seal the dough.
6.Place the Bierochen on a greased baking sheet and brush with extra melted butter.
7.Bake until golden brown for about 25 to 30 minutes.
