Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
2.Cook pasta shells according to package instructions until al dente; drain and rinse with cold water.
3.In a large skillet, sauté onion until soft and slightly browned; add spinach and garlic and cook for 2 minutes.
4.In a large mixing bowl, combine spinach mixture, cream cheese, egg, 1 cup shredded mozzarella, cheddar cheese, Italian blend cheese, ricotta cheese, parmesan cheese, salt and pepper.

7.Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese on top of the sauce.
8.Bake, covered with aluminum foil, for 25 minutes.
9.Remove the foil and bake for additional 10-15 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
