2 tablespoons yellow mustard
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
2 fresh garlic cloves
2 lbs beef sirloin , cut into cubes for kebabs
10 -12 metal skewers ( or small 10-inch bamboo skewers )

Instructions

1.In a medium bowl, whisk together the vegetable oil, soy sauce, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, yellow mustard, and black pepper until combined.
2.Mince the fresh garlic cloves and add to the marinade.

4.Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight to allow the flavors to meld.
