Ingredients

2 lbs sirloin steaks
1/4 cup unsalted butter or 1/4 cup margarine
1 can of sliced mushrooms , drained
2 cans condensed beef broth
1/3 cup instant minced onion
1/4 cup ketchup
1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
1/3 cup flour
2 cups sour cream
8 ounces medium noodles
3 tablespoons unsalted butter or 3 tablespoons margarine

Instructions

1.Cut steak into thin slices, set aside.

5.Stir in steak and heat to boiling. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
6.Cook and drain noodles as directed on package; stir in 3 tablespoons butter.
7.Stir sour cream into beef mixture. Serve over noodles and sprinkle with cooked mushrooms.
