8 corn tortillas , 2 tbsp

Instructions

11.Pour the remaining salsa and dressing mixture over the enchiladas.
12.Sprinkle the remaining shredded cheese on top.
13.Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
14.Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve hot.
