Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).

5.In a large skillet over medium-high heat, saute onion, bell pepper, and garlic until onion is translucent, about 5 minutes. Add in whole tomato, mushroom and bay leaf. Stir in tomato paste and 1 cup water.
6.Bring to a simmer, then add in meatballs, cover, and simmer for additional 30 minutes.
7.Meanwhile, cook spaghetti according to package directions.
8.Serve meatballs and sauce over cooked spaghetti.
