1 can Hunts tomato sauce
1/4 cup fearn soya granules
1 can bushes or off brand beans in chili sauce
1 can bushes or off brand dark red kidney beans
1 can mexicorn
1 packet mccormick 's hot chili seasoning mix
shredded sharp cheddar cheese ( optional ) or monterey jack pepper cheese ( optional )

Instructions

1.In a large pot, sauté the soya granules in vegetable oil for 2-3 minutes, until lightly browned.
2.Add in the tomato sauce, chili seasoning mix, and 1/2 cup of water. Stir well to combine.
3.Drain and rinse the kidney beans and chili beans. Add them to the pot along with the mexicorn and stir well.
4.Bring the chili to a simmer and cook for 20-25 minutes, stirring occasionally.
5.Serve hot with shredded cheese on top as an optional garnish.
