Ingredients

1 box lasagna noodles
1 jar spaghetti sauce
1 lb ground beef
1/2 lb pepperoni slice ( I like to use large size from the deli )
2 packages pre-shredded mozzarella cheese
1 container cottage cheese
1 container ricotta cheese
1/2 lb provolone cheese ( slices )
Lasagna is a classic Italian dish, consisting of layers of pasta, meat or vegetables, cheese, and tomato sauce. This recipe is a twist on the traditional lasagna, with the addition of spicy pepperoni and provolone cheese. Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
2.Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions and set aside.
3.Brown the ground beef in a pan and drain the excess oil. Add spaghetti sauce to the pan and mix well.
4.In a separate bowl, mix together the cottage cheese and ricotta cheese.
5.In a large baking dish, layer the ingredients in the following order: meat sauce, lasagna noodles, cheese mixture, pepperoni, and mozzarella. Repeat until all of the ingredients are used up.
6.Top the lasagna with provolone cheese slices, and bake in the oven for about 30-40 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
