Instructions

1.In a mixing bowl, add all the ingredients, beef, green onion, serrano peppers, cilantro, salt, pepper, paprika, and garam masala. Mix them thoroughly until well combined
2.Take a good handful of kabob mixture and press it gently into a thin sausage shape, then slide the kabob onto the metal skewer. Repeat until the skewer is full
3.Cook the kabobs on a hot grill for about 8 minutes while turning frequently, until browned and cooked through
