Ingredients

100 g flour , sifted
50 g butter
2 tablespoons water
2 tablespoons strawberry jam ( or blueberry , blackberry , any jam you like really )
1 tablespoon white marshmallow cream , with
1 tablespoon pink marshmallow cream ( give a marbled affect )
2 marshmallows , cut up with
chocolate chips
2 tablespoons jelly , then spread top with
peanut butter
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon milk
1/3 cup sugar
candy sprinkles
food coloring
cinnamon , plus
brown sugar , works well

Instructions

1.In a bowl, whisk together the flour and salt.
2.Cut in butter with a pastry cutter until the mixture is crumbly.
3.Add water and mix until the dough comes together.
4.Roll out the dough and use a cookie cutter to cut rectangular shapes.
5.Place half of the cut-out shapes onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
6.Mix together the strawberry jam and marshmallow cream. Spread the mixture onto the dough shapes, leaving a little space along the edges. Add chopped marshmallows and chocolate chips on top of the jam mixture.
7.Place the remaining dough shapes on top of the mixture. Crimp the edges of the pastry together using a fork. Poke a few holes in the top using a toothpick.
8.Brush the pastry tops with milk, then sprinkle candy sprinkles on top. Place the tray into the fridge for 15-20 minutes to chill.
9.Preheat the oven to 350°F/180°C. Bake the pastries for 15-20 minutes.
10.Cool them for a few minutes before serving.
