Ingredients

2 -3 lbs ground pork
1 package bacon
2 -3 eggs ( I used 3 )
1 tablespoon minced garlic
2 teaspoons dried rosemary
2 teaspoons ground thyme
2 teaspoons black pepper
1 finely chopped shallot
1 finely chopped red onion
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
2 teaspoons soya sauce
2 teaspoons pancake maple syrup
8 slices mozzarella cheese

Instructions

1.In a large bowl, mix ground pork, minced garlic, dried rosemary, ground thyme, black pepper, finely chopped shallot, finely chopped red onion, Worcestershire sauce, soya sauce, and pancake maple syrup until well combined.
2.Divide the pork mixture into 8 equal portions and form each portion into a patty.
3.Preheat a grill or a grill pan on medium heat. Cook the patties for about 5 minutes on one side and then flip them and cook for another 5 minutes or until fully cooked.
4.While the patties are cooking, grill or fry bacon until crispy.
5.Top each patty with a slice of mozzarella cheese and a couple of bacon slices.
6.Toast hamburger buns and place a patty with a bacon and cheese on each bun. Serve immediately.
