2 quarts water , or as needed to cover
3 cubes chicken bouillon
6 tablespoons butter
6 tablespoons all-purpose flour
3/4 cup milk

Instructions

1.In a large pot, boil the broccoli, potatoes, celery, carrots, and onion in enough water to cover, over medium-high heat for around 20 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
2.Add the chicken bouillon and stir until dissolved.
3.In a separate pan, melt the butter over medium heat.
4.Sprinkle the flour over the butter and whisk constantly for around 2 minutes. Gradually add milk, whisking constantly, until smooth.
5.Add the flour mixture to the pot with the broccoli and vegetables, and stir until well combined and creamy.
6.Add shredded Cheddar cheese and stir until melted, about 5 minutes. Serve hot.
