Ingredients

920 g chicken
250 ml milk
345 ml water
3 cloves
3/4 inch gingerroot
1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
1 cinnamon stick
1 pinch nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon red chili powder
3 -4 tablespoons curds
besan flour
2 teaspoons salt
oil ( for frying )

Instructions

1.Wash the chicken pieces and let them dry for 10 minutes.

3.Add chicken pieces to the batter and mix well so the chicken is coated evenly.
4.Let the chicken marinate for at least an hour.
5.Heat oil in a deep frying pan and add the chicken pieces. Fry until golden brown and crispy.
6.Remove the chicken from the pan and put it on a paper towel to remove excess oil.
7.Garnish with coriander leaves and lemon wedges. Serve hot.
