Instructions

1.In a large mixing bowl, sieve the chickpea flour to get rid of any lumps.

5.Take a square or rectangular dish and grease it with ghee. Pour the mixture into the dish and spread it evenly. Let it cool.
6.Once the mixture is cool, cut it into square or diamond shapes and store in an airtight container. Serve and enjoy!
