maple syrup or apricot preserves , warmed

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
2.In a shallow dish, beat the eggs. Add cinnamon, nutmeg, and 1/2 cup water.
3.Crush the multi-grain flakes cereal with oat clusters cranberries and almonds in a plastic bag.
4.Dip bread into egg mixture.
5.Coat bread with crushed cereal.
6.Melt butter in a 15 x 10-inch (38 x 25 cm) jellyroll pan in oven.
7.Add bread. Bake for 18-20 minutes.
8.Serve with maple syrup or apricot preserves that have been warmed.
