1 cup onion , Chopped
1 1/2 cups green bell peppers , Chopped
1 lb mushroom , Sliced
1/2 cup unbleached flour
2 cups beef broth , Canned/Homemade
1 cup white wine , Dry
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Tabasco sauce

Instructions

1.In a Dutch oven, melt butter over medium heat.
2.Brown steak strips in batches and remove from pan.

5.Slowly whisk in beef broth and wine, stirring constantly until thickened.
6.Add steak strips, salt, Worcestershire sauce, and Tabasco sauce to the pan, stir well.
