Bento Balls are a fun twist on traditional hamburgers, with the added bonus of being portion-controlled. There are many flavor combinations that can be used in this recipe, but we chose to incorporate dill Havarti cheese, prepared horseradish and dried onion. The cheese adds a creamy texture and wonderful flavor, while the horseradish provides a subtle but noticeable kick. Dried onion offers convenience and an added layer of flavor.
