Ingredients

1 cup soybean oil ( I could not find soybean so I used canola oil )
3/4 cup white vinegar
3 teaspoons tomato paste
1/2 cup soy sauce ( I adjusted this by using less )
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 small Spanish onion
ginger
1 piece celery
1/4 piece lemon ( rind & all )
1/2 cup water

Instructions

1.In a blender, add all the ingredients except water and blend well for a minute or until smooth.
2.Add water to the mixture and blend again for a few seconds.
3.Pour the dressing into a container and refrigerate for at least two hours before serving.
4.Serve the cold dressing over your freshly prepared salads.
