1/4 - 1/2 cup water
1 teaspoon turmeric
1 teaspoon garam masala
1 tablespoon sesame seeds ( optional )
6 tablespoons coconut milk powder
8 tablespoons plain fat-free yogurt
1/2 - 1 teaspoon pure ground chili powder , to taste
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 1/2 teaspoons tamarind paste
salt
1/2 cup cilantro , chopped

Instructions

1.Add peanut oil to a large pan or pot, heat on high, and sauté chopped onions, bell peppers, tomatoes, and ginger-garlic paste for 5 minutes.
2.Now add water, turmeric, chili powder, garam masala, tamarind paste, and sesame seeds (if using) and cook for 5 more minutes.
3.Mix in peanut butter, coconut milk powder, yogurt, lemon juice, and cilantro, cook for 2-3 minutes on low heat.
4.Adjust seasoning with salt and sprinkle some cilantro to garnish when serving.
