HEALTH & BENEFITS

Potatoes are a good source of vitamin C, potassium, and fiber. They are also fat-free, gluten-free and contain no cholesterol.
However, frying them in oil adds unnecessary calories and fat. To make them healthier, consider baking the fries or air frying them instead of deep frying.
