4 carrots , cut in 1-inch pieces

2 leeks , cut in 1-inch pieces
16 ounces mushrooms , sliced
4 egg yolks
1 cup cream
1 lemon , juiced
2 tablespoons butter
1 pinch nutmeg

Instructions
