Ingredients

2 cups beer ( the stronger the beer the stronger the flavor )
1/2 cup honey mustard
1/4 cup canola oil
1 teaspoon coarse salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1 medium onion , thinly sliced
1/2 bell pepper , finely chopped
4 scallions , trimmed and chopped
4 garlic cloves , flattened with the side of a cleaver
2 slices fresh ginger , flattened with the side of a cleaver
1 tablespoon pickling spices
1 tablespoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon caraway seed

Instructions
