Ingredients

1 can sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup dried coconut ( I like to use the unsweetened kind )
1 tablespoon butter

Instructions

1.In a nonstick pan, melt the butter over low heat.
2.Pour the sweetened condensed milk into the pan with the melted butter.
3.Add the dried coconut to the pan and mix the ingredients well.
4.Keep cooking over low heat, stirring the mixture constantly until it starts to thicken and comes away easily from the pan.
5.Pour the mixture onto a plate and let it cool down completely.
6.Once cool, wet your hands slightly and start rolling the mixture into small balls.
7.After the balls are formed, roll them into the dried coconut to coat them.
8.Place the balls in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before serving.
