1 can refrigerated biscuits , I use flaky ones
2 cups oil
1/4 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

1.Heat the oil in a deep frying pan to 350°F.
2.Open the can of refrigerated biscuits and separate them out. Cut each biscuit into 4 pieces.
3.Once the oil is heated, add the biscuit pieces in batches and fry until they are golden brown.
4.Remove the beignets with a slotted spoon onto a paper towel to drain off excess oil.
5.Dust the beignets with powdered sugar while they are still warm. Serve and enjoy!
