1 small yellow sweet onion , sliced vertically
1 garlic clove
3 tablespoons butter ( unsalted )
1 ounce goat cheese
1 ounce Fontina cheese , chredded ( can also substitute parmesan )
1 ball pizza dough ( pre-made or make your own )

Instructions
