Beer-And-Sriracha-Marinated Beef Lettuce Cups are inspired by the traditional Korean dish, bulgogi. The beef is marinated in a flavorful mixture of soy sauce, dark beer, garlic, brown sugar, lime juice, Sriracha garlic sauce, and sesame oil for at least 2 hours or overnight. It is then cooked quickly over high heat in a frying pan until cooked through. The cooked beef is then wrapped in a crisp lettuce leaf with grated carrot, jalapeno chile, green onion, mint leaves, cilantro leaves, and toasted sesame seeds. The combination of flavors and textures is simply amazing! These lettuce cups are perfect for any occasion, from casual weeknight dinners to fancy parties and everything in between.
