1/2 teaspoon reserved adobo sauce

1 teaspoon ground oregano
2 large garlic cloves , crushed
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup fresh cilantro , minced
10 soft taco flour tortillas , warmed
shredded lettuce , shredded cheese , sliced green onions , sour cream , sliced black olives , diced avocado

Instructions

1.In a large skillet, cook ground beef and onion over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess grease.
2.Stir in diced tomatoes and green chilies, canned chipotle chile in adobo, adobo sauce, chili powder, cumin, oregano, garlic cloves, salt, and cilantro. Cook for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
3.Warm soft taco flour tortillas.
4.Fill tortillas with beef mixture and top with shredded lettuce, shredded cheese, sliced green onions, sour cream, sliced black olives, and diced avocado.
