1 pound ground beef
2 cups water
1 can kidney beans , rinsed and drained
8 burrito-size flour tortillas
1 jar salsa , divided
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
2 green onions , sliced

Instructions

1.In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook ground beef until browned and cooked through. Drain the excess grease.
